Abbie Shibe has joined Cardinal Credit Union as branch manager. Shibe brings with her 27 years of experience in banking and financial services. After five years as Cardinal’s CFO, Harley Hill retired on December 31, 2018. Through his insightful instruction, deft guidance, and unwaning patience, Harley led Cardinal through four mergers, a new core platform, unprecedented growth, significant expenditure cost reductions, as well as our cultivated foundational SAMM model. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the Lake County Development Council on Oct. 26 hosted about 600 attendees and honored 60 local companies, organizations and/or events that have played pivotal roles in shaping economic prosperity in the area.
