Message from our CEO – We’re Here for YOU

Dear Members, at Cardinal, the safety and well-being of our members and employees is always our top priority and we recognize the important role we play in making sure you have access to the financial resources and services you need.

As a reminder, we have implemented a temporary drive-through only service, which began on Monday, March 16 through April 3, 2020, at our Mentor, Willoughby, and Ashtabula locations.

The Austintown Branch lobby will have changes beginning on Monday, March 23rd as follows:
  • Limiting the lobby to one member at a time.
  • Added online scheduling to the Cardinalcu.com website to make an appointment for Austintown.
The Lakeland Community College Branch office is closed and follows the same schedule as the students. Every transaction that is normally completed in the lobby has been modified as needed to be completed in the drive-through.

Mobile Banking
Online banking will continue to service members, we are already prepared to help you bank and access your accounts remotely. If you haven’t yet, you can download the Cardinal Mobile App from your favorite app store to access your accounts. You can also go to Cardinalcu.com from any device and log in to your accounts through online banking. If not already an online banking user, visit our website and select first time user to begin.

Availability for questions or concerns at our Call Center
We are always just a phone call away at 1-877-900-6928. You can call us Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm.

Key updates and information, we are here to help you
We understand that the uncertainty surrounding us all could bring unexpected financial challenges. For Members who are financially affected by COVID-19, we have specific programs and resources available that will be communicated next week.

We will continue to stay on top of the latest information and relay any crucial updates to you. In the meantime, we encourage you to follow cdc.gov for the latest Coronavirus updates.
