Cardinal Welcomes Abbie Shibe as Branch Manager

Abbie Shibe has joined Cardinal Credit Union as branch manager. Shibe brings with her 27 years of experience in banking and financial services. She has lived in Mentor for 40 years and attended Lakeland Community College.
