Cardinal Credit Union monitors your debit card activity to help identify transactions that may be outside of your typical spending pattern. If we suspect a transaction may be suspicious/fraudulent, an automated fraud alert will allow us to contact you quickly via text/SMS, at no charge to you. It’s Simple: Answer the question in the text with a ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, or contact our Call Center with questions.

eStatements

Converting to free electronic statements ensures that your statement is ready and available on the first of the month. Not only does it conserve paper, but it provides an added level of security by eliminating the risk of physical mail.

There are three easy ways to sign up for eStatements:

  • Login to Online Banking
    • Go to the eStatements tab
    • Confirm your email address and hit Continue
    • Review eStatement disclosure then hit Submit
