Melissa has been such a big help from the very beginning. Over the course of only two days worth of a single phone call and a few back and forth emails, she was able to get me properly set up to join Cardinal. She told me everything I needed to know about what I was getting into, as well as all the information I needed to provide. Although she was a representative for the Ashtabula branch, she went above and beyond to accommodate me for my location and arrange for documents to be signed at the Willoughby location, which is far closer to my home. I’ve never had to refinance a loan before, but Melissa was very thorough and helpful to make this transition as easy and painless as possible. Overall, she made a good name for herself through the communication we had, which allowed me to further confirm I made the right choice when I decided to go with Cardinal.
