Although it’s an inconvenience to have your account frozen due to suspected fraud, I love that the fraud department is very diligent……catching spending habits that seem out of the norm. Most of the time it is just a precaution, but It gives me peace of mind that if it was actually fraud, it would be caught and stopped quickly. Customer service has always been great at Cardinal. Everyone is friendly, suggesting changes to my account, helping with online services, just guidance in general…..especially with 401K roll over….I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve banked here for many years, with no reason to change.
