“I spoke to the member this morning regarding a new vehicle loan, current rates and term options.  I explained that the branches were closed and that I could have a loan officer call her first thing in the morning, she stated that she absolutely would love to get a loan with Cardinal.  She explained that Sally Sundman helped her when no one else would.  Sally helped her rebuild her credit after bankruptcy and that her loyalty will always be with Cardinal because of her experience with Sally.  She went on to praise Sally and even seemed emotional when speaking.”
