I’ve been a member of CCU for many years and have never had a negative experience (even over the phone which is answered promptly). From the loan specialist to the drive-through teller to the management and the greeter near the entrance, everyone has been super-accommodating, friendly and professional. Once I had an overdraft but I received a personal call from an employee who helped me fix it and suggested ways to prevent it from reoccurring. That’s great customer service! Thank you, Cardinal!
