I would like to take the time to recognize excellent customer service from Meghan Thoren. Meghan helped me with my request in receiving a credit limit increase and continuously kept me updated throughout the week. She was also very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. My experience with Cardinal overall has not been the best as it seems it’s almost impossible to reach someone at the Mentor branch when I call…but Meghan made up for it all! So, I really can’t thank you enough….I hope you recognize this women for a job well done because she definitely deserves it!
