I’ve been a member of Cardinal Credit Union for many years and have never had a negative experience (even over the phone which is answered promptly.) From the loan specialist, to the drive-through teller, to the president, and the greeter near the entrance, everyone has been super-accommodating, friendly, and professional. Once I had an overdraft, but received a personal call from an employee who helped me fix it, and suggested ways to prevent it from reoccurring. That’s great customer service! Thank you, Cardinal!
